Since qualifying in 2009 as a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP and Hypnosis she has embarked on an amazing personal journey and thrives off being part of someone else's life journey.
What she does now is help you explore and find your own uniqueness, values and passions - giving you the tools and confidence to take action and your life the way they want it. Her personal style is fun, energetic and very down to earth.
Previously having studied person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and psychodynamic counselling, and now the powerful tools of NLP and hypnosis, she has a wealth of experience around human behaviour and a unique blend to work alongside a person who is struggling with themselves or their life.
Alison’s career background involves over 24 years working within the NHS as a highly experienced counsellor. She has a vast experience working with both adults and young people in a number of clinic settings including Primary Care. She has made a significant difference to many people with a diverse range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, substance misuse, obsessive compulsion disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, stress management, weight management, and relationship issues and domestic abuse to name a few.
She has a passion and honesty to help others overcome obstacles in their lives whether that is a negative limiting belief, overwhelming negative emotions, stress, or a lack of confidence.
Alison takes great pleasure and pride in facilitating people’s personal growth and learning.
